• Complete all required sections.
• Upon completion of contract, you will receive an email from noreply@jtsmith.com which is a summary of your application, payment receipt, or invoice for payment.
• Application will be reviewed by the Trade Show Manager. If approved, you will receive final confirmation. If there is an issue with the application, you will receive an email explaining the issue which you can fix and resubmit for review.

Rental Fees

 Early rate is available through December 15, 2026.

• 10' x 10' Inline Booths: $1,450 (early rate) or $1,600 (Standard) per 10’ x 10’ booth. Maximum of 3 booths
• Outdoor Space: $950 per parking space. Must purchase 1 inline booth to purchase an outdoor space.

Payment can be made by credit card or by check. Credit card payment will be due with the contract. When paying by check, the full payment is due within 30 days of receiving the email confirmation/invoice.  

If Show Management receives a written request for cancellation of space on or before December 31, 2026, the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of the total cost of the space cancelled. If cancellations are received after December 31, 2026, then exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of space.

Show Schedule

The show schedule has been modified to encourage the best participation on the show floor and to better accommodate travel schedules of the exhibitors. But in return, we ask that every booth remains staffed and intact until the close of the show.

IMPORTANT: No booths should be dismantled or deserted during published show hours. An early teardown fee of $500.00 will be charged if this occurs.
